Located in one of Melbourne’s most esteemed suburbs, Heirloom Armadale is a boutique residential development offering 38 luxury apartments across six levels. Designed in collaboration with Urban DC, Woods Bagot, and Jack Merlo, the project pays homage to the Edwardian streetscape of High Street through refined architectural detailing and high-end finishes.

With advanced vehicle access, landscaped courtyards, and concierge-enabled convenience, Heirloom Armadale offers an exceptional standard of residential amenity. Situated within the iconic Flemington Racecourse precinct, The Archer is a landmark 14-storey development by Pace that redefines premium inner-city living. Designed by ARM Architecture with interiors by Carr Design, the project offers 315 luxury residences inspired by the elegance of spring racing traditions.

ALIV was engaged to deliver internal and external painting works, contributing to the project’s refined aesthetic. Our team ensured a high-quality finish across a complex and high-profile build, supporting a seamless delivery experience for one of Melbourne’s leading developers.

Under Construction – Cairns Apartments

Located in Woree, Cairns, the Cairns Social and Affordable Housing project is a significant Queensland Government initiative aimed at addressing regional housing needs. Delivered by Modscape in partnership with Tetris Capital, FCC Construction, and Community Housing Ltd, the development comprises 490 dwellings—spanning social, affordable, and specialist disability housing.

ALIV was engaged to deliver painting, carpentry, and maintenance services across this large-scale modular project. Our team ensured consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout all stages, supporting the delivery of sustainable, community-focused housing at scale.
As the largest social and affordable housing project in Queensland, utilising 1,008 volumetric timber modules, ALIV is proud to support this forward-thinking approach to community growth and sustainability.

PROJECT COMPLETED – FORME

Located in Doncaster’s Tullamore estate, FORME is the final residential offering in Mirvac’s master planned community, delivering 92 premium apartments designed to integrate harmoniously with their natural surrounds.

Architecturally led by Mirvac’s in-house team, FORME features a double-height entrance and bespoke artworks that elevate the building’s residential character. Residences offer large kitchens, private terraces, and generous living areas designed to maximise light, space, and functionality.

ALIV was engaged to support Mirvac with high-quality carpentry, painting, and general maintenance works. Our delivery ensured a seamless finish throughout the building and contributed to the successful completion of this boutique development.
